More news from the lottery. At Food Lion (the same place the other lottery incident took place) a woman walked in, looked at the manager waving her hands wildly (come to find out, there was a lottery ticket in them, but I did not see that at first) practically yelling "250 dollars!!! 250 dollars!!! Give it to me!!!" It was then that I concluded she won the lottery. She was so excited and inarticulate. I wonder what she will buy with her money?

Two posts in one night...YEAH!!! Normally, I would not ask you to reread any post of mine. I mean, I know that I am a hit or miss blogger, but really, I don't care. But the point of this post is actually not my post, but the comment that just came tonight on this post that occurred almost TWO years ago. Enjoy!!! Oh, and by the by, let me know when the Dee Dee Dee awards are. I totally want to claim my prize. I have a curio cabinet just waiting for something to fill it with.

A contestant decided that he was going to as his girl to marry him and the host decided to interject his opinion by saying

"Actually, this is my show, so I ask you 'Deal or No Deal'"

And the gal responded by saying "Deal"

WOW!!! This one is going dodwn in the annals of history. Or is that the anals??? I will let you decide.

So, I made a commercial tonight. It is for a Chevy Tahoe. Also, it just might be great enough to air on tv. What do you think???

Tonight, I saw all that is wrong with the lottery. The guy in front of me paid for his groceries with food stamps and then went to the lottery line and dropped $20 or so. I am so torn on this issue. On the one hand, I think that if people want to be stupid, well let them. But on the other hand, I just groan a the thought of the government giving poor people another reason to stay poor. On the bright side, at least the more money they put in (on the 100% tax that the lottery is), the more they are paying for their groceries. Man, this world is one screwed up place.
