My 4th of July holiday was great! Mostly because of the 4 day weekend, but there were other things that made it great. Like right now...I am watching Maury and (surprise of surprise) they are doing paternity testing. And this guy says he is not the baby's father, and his mother said, "My son can't be the father because he only has one testicle."
Last night, we went to see Danielson and the Clang Quartet. Now, the Clang Quartet was more performance art in my mind than a band, but I was unable to fully enjoy it because of all the tall people between him and I. So, I played games instead. After the show though, I found (in as much as Jonathan found and gave to me) a piece of toy from his instrument. I have heard that it was a piece from the tower of sin. Anyway, it is now hanging on my wall. See...
And just before finding the toy, I talked to Daniel. "That was fantastic!" I think I caught him a little off guard, but he said thanks. It was like I was surrounded by celebrity all night long! Not to mention that when I was walking to dinner, I passed some of the Danielson Family on the way.
So, that about sums up the greatness that was the last two days! Oh, and to all the men out there, let me warn you, the mom's comment above turns out to be false. So hopefully none of you gouged off one of your testicles in hopes of never having babies. Because, well, I'm not sure how this happened, but the baby was his.
